Not sure where to start?
Most people arrive knowing the problem, not the product.
Tell us what you are trying to work on and we will show you where people with similar goals usually begin. A licensed clinician decides what is appropriate.
From consult to delivery, without a waiting room.

How to tell the difference
Four questions worth asking.
Ask these of us. Ask them of anyone else you are considering. A seller who cannot answer them plainly is telling you something.
- Which pharmacy compounds it?
- A licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, in a named state, accountable to a state board. Depending on where you live that is Precision Pharma or a licensed pharmacy in our partner network. Whichever one fills it, and not Avellum, is responsible for compounding, sterility, beyond-use dating, labeling and quality.
- Who tests the batch, and can I see it?
- Batches go to an independent analytical laboratory, one the pharmacy does not own, for testing appropriate to the preparation. The results belong to the lab and the pharmacy rather than to us. Ask and we will get the documentation to you.
- Is a licensed clinician actually reviewing this?
- A form is not a consult. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether therapy is appropriate for you. They are free to decline, and they can prescribe something other than what you picked.
- How does it reach me?
- Cold-chain, with tracking end to end, and the supplies you need included. Ask anyone else how long their shipment sits in transit.
Our clinical advisor
Calvin T. Wilson II, MD is Avellum’s clinical advisor. A board-certified physician with more than three decades in medicine, he shapes the educational guidance we publish about each therapy. He does not write your prescription: that is the licensed clinician you meet at your telehealth visit, and the decision is theirs.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs. Test results apply only to the lot tested. Avellum makes no independent representation about the sterility, potency, purity or quality of any compounded medication.
Clinical Oversight
